  Not great. The two guys in Scan as you shop and self service stood and talked to each other the whole time. The Scan as you Shop one even filled the other into self service while he helped a customer. They blocked access to one of the tills. Scan as you shop is already very cramped.
  
  The rest of the store seems nice and well laid out.

  Abysmal! Last week asked for a hotdog and was told not until after 2:30. So took a toasty which was burnt round the edges. Took it back and was told it wasn't really burnt, it was just the cheese. This week asked for ice for my bottled water which was not cold and was told there was no ice. Asked for a hot dog today at 3:30 to be told we don't do hot dogs on Sundays. Asked for an iced coffee to hear from the kitchen just tell them we've sold out and I was told "sure we don't have any ice!" What a disaster.. please tesco get your act together!
