  Terrible food. Waste of money. Very unprofessional, mean staff. Hung up the phone on me as they couldn't deal with a complaint. Worst chippy. By far.

  This has to be the worst take away in Northern Ireland......why?????
  We rang for a delivery last night when it arrived at the door they had forgotten the free bottle of lemonade promised on their advert not a problem I told the driver who appeared embarrassed sure you can leave one in next time you are in the area.
  Came through to the kitchen to plate up two fish suppers and opening the packages I could have cried I wouldn't have fed it to a cat....so I got on the phone and explained....the girls response.....well they weren't burnt when they left the shop....what does their driver do with the food one wonders....after a few moments the girl said will you accept the order if I personally fry it....we debated but thought OK everyone deserves a second chance.
  After half an hour the driver is at the door again with the forgotten lemonade and the new order....he says sorry she only replaced the fish....I replied you gotta be kidding they were suppers he handed me back the first order and told me to keep it all....I said no number one it's inedible and now cold but I want the staff to see why I complained....he left....I rang the shop again and once again was told their was nothing wrong when the order left the shop and she only sent fish because I didn't complain about the chips.....then she hung up.....so we got in the car and took said delivery back...Full denial again eventually got our money back....moral of the story not everyone deserves a second chance......
  So please don't blame me if your disappointed.......
